Another Day in Paradise

I stayed in Another Day in Paradise for an entire month and it was the best “vacation” rental experience I’ve ever had. The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Sunsets from the balcony were awe inspiring. It’s located in Sandestin and there are restaurants within walking distance or by free tram ride. Breathe Easy was such a wonderful management company to work with. Flawless execution during my stay. They even checked on me when the area experienced an unusual cold snap to make sure I had enough blankets. Highly recommend!

Loved the condo and the staff we worked with. Only complaint was we arrived early because there is no way to estimate the arrival time exactly when driving hours. We use vrbo all the time and have never had a problem using the ammenties a couple of hours early (access to beach and pool) Gabrille was so nice and let us get to beach access to go down to the Beach House to eat lunch. Came back and sat my pool a little while and another guy, I think Gabrielle's boss, was not very nice about us using the ammenities early. I guess he might have wanted us to sit in our car. Didn't ask him. I have never been told on any rental that we couldn't use the beach or pool until checkin time. We stay on that beach every spring break.

This was the second time we stayed at this condo. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to the beach. Excellent customer service. We will definitely be back next year.

We absolutely love this condo! I stay on the beach two or three times a year renting a condo and this is by far the best I have ever stay in. It has the best views, private beach, and great locations. The staff was super helpful with check on/check out. They check on us twice to just see how are stay was going. I will rebook for next year.

Paradise!!
This our second visit (stayed last August) and it did not disappoint. The unit is stocked with just about every item in the kitchen which allowed us to cook some great Seafood meals. Great view of the beach with an excellent slice of the beach to sit on. It was an extraordinarily hot while we were there so the master bedroom was warm. We ran some fans and this helped. This is not on the condo unit though as it is hard to keep up when it's this hot. They checked on us several times to ensure our stay was going well. Upon our checkout, we found that our car battery was dead. They helped us get a jump start. Definately went about and beyond! We will definately cone back in the future!!!

We love that you guys had a wonderful vacation with us and that our team could jump in and help save the day on your departure! It sounds like the fans the Owner provides were helpful for ya'll - and we agree - that Florida sun is soooo amazing but can definitely heat things up! We always suggest keeping window treatments closed during hot summer months to help keep the property cool (we even do this in our own homes!!) Peaceful Rest!
This condo has breathtaking views and a very relaxing vibe. We enjoyed watching the beach from the balcony. The beds were so comfortable and cozy with their smart tvs. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with all the bells and whistles. This place is very family friendly but works for young couples as well. Lots of games in the condo for those rainy days. I loved that we could a shuttle over to Baytown warf!

This beachfront condo was beautifully appointed. The layout was perfect with views of the ocean from the MSTR bedroom and living room. Easy access to the white sand beach. We enjoyed sunsets at the property as well as the Beachside Restaurant within easy walking distance. The deck was perfect for reading or simply taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The rental company was very attentive at checking in on us but frankly we had no issues. Loved the area and the condo. Would recommend this property. Thank you for making it available to us.

This is an amazing property in an amazing location. The unit was crystal clean, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable. It had everything we needed for our family of 4 for the week. A short drive to shopping and many restaurants, or a nice long walk to the Baytown Warf. Renting was super easy. Breathe Easy was just a text away if we had any questions. Beachside One is a great building. Very clean common areas with management and security frequently checking in on guests. We highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Miramar Beach! We brought our 9 month old to the beach for the very first time so it was a very special trip for us. The condo was so beautiful! I will say that the pool was definitely not heated which was unfortunate for us and our baby, but that really is our only complaint! We usually vacation in Destin, so this was just far enough away to be free of the crowds, but still familiar to us. The location was great and very family friendly. BER went above and beyond to check in on us and make sure things were going smoothly which we appreciated very much. We will definitely be back!

We cannot wait to book our next vacation at this condo. It was perfect for us. A beautiful upgraded condo in SanDestin, safety, walk out to the beach, a few mile drive to 30A or Destin all made this the perfect condo for a great vacation. We’ll be back next year!

We had a great experience in our rental. It has cooking supplies, some limited beach items and mostly everything you would need. The building itself is a little dated, but our unit was nice!

Great experience renting from Breathe Easy Rentals. Communication is easy and responsive. The condo was clean , updated, and in a great location. They supply all necessities (starter) and have good cookware unlike many other rentals. The private beach area was a hit since the public area next to us was super crowded. I do have a very small recommendation for the owner, a larger smart TV for the master would be great and fairly inexpensive to add. Beachside 1 has a nice updated pool an addition of a bar/grill would be a nice amenity. All in all a nice 2 BR condo that I highly recommend from this company.

Great location, nicely decorated, staff was responsive. Great 3rd floor balcony for viewing the gulf, take elevator to the 2nd floor and you walk out to the beach. We liked the utility cart, chairs, and umbrella that were available to use. Loved the Baytown wharf area. Even used that pool on a windy day and it was nice. Definitely want to stay again. Could use a little step stool in the bathroom for little kids to use. Master blinds need work. They seemed broke. Had a large gap in between them. Wear a sleep mask

We had such a great time at this property! It was very clean, updated, and equipped with all amenities and necessities. We have a 1 and 3 year old and there was kids kitchenware as well as kids books, toys, games, which was so nice! They also had beach chairs and an umbrella and some toys. The ocean view was wonderful and the easy access to the pool and beach was great. Communication with the owner was great and easy. Would 10/10 recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!
