You are absolutely going to love our "Destin to Stay Here" condo located in the heart of Destin, Florida! You're right in the middle of the action, with so many nearby activities, amazing seafood, and local events happening all around you! This cozy condo offers you 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including living space and a full kitchen. There is plenty of room for sitting and the dining area has a table for four.
The Master bedroom has a king bed, closet and a private bath. The first guest room offers a queen bed, closet, tv. and shares the 2nd bath with guest room #2 which offers a double bed and a twin size bed.
You'll feel right at home, and heck, you may never even want to leave! The condo is equipped with wifi throughout and cable TV in the living room and master bedroom. Your guest bedrooms have Smart TVs with internet abilities only (please bring your own account logins.)
We make checking in a breeze with our contactless check-in, so you'll head right into paradise as soon as the condo is confirmed ready! The Owners provide all the comforts of home you'd need, including a washer/dryer in the property! It's a dream come true here, and we can't wait to see you soon!

We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.

Policies
- Payment Policy
- All payments must be made via credit or debit card. Checks, gift cards, and cash will not be accepted.
- For guests staying less than 25 nights: 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 21 days prior to your arrival date.
- For guests staying 25 nights or longer: 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 120 days prior to your arrival date.
- The Manager will deposit payment(s) into an interest-bearing account to which the Guest waives the right to claim interest accrued.
- Cancellation Policy
- For guests staying less than 25 nights: Cancellation requests received more than 36 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 35 - 22 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments.
- For guests staying 25 nights or longer: Cancellation requests received more than 150 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 149 - 121 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 120 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments. Should the property be re-booked for any portion of the Guest's cancelled dates, the Manager will refund the Guest for the amount the Manager was able to re-book. This option is available only for guests staying 25 nights or longer.
- Cancellation requests must be received from the Guest via written method (email is an acceptable form of written communication). The Breathe Easy Rentals Team will review your cancellation request and respond with the final acceptance/denial information. Should the Guest not receive a reply email within 48 hours, please re-send your initial request as soon as possible.
- If the Guest elects to not protect their vacation investments by purchasing travel insurance coverage, please understand that no refunds will be given under any circumstances, except for the instances as stated above.
- Hurricane Policy
- In the event a hurricane targets the county in which the rental property is located, the Guest must have purchased travel insurance coverage to be eligible for a refund. Please see travel insurance coverage terms and conditions for a full disclosure of eligible events.
- Under no circumstances will the Manager provide a refund for inclement weather, tropical storm(s), and or hurricane(s). We strongly recommend purchasing the travel insurance coverage to protect your vacation investment(s).
- Travel Insurance
- Generali Travel Insurance protection is offered to all guests staying with the Manager. Vacation Rental Insurance provides coverage for the loss of prepaid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. The Manager strongly recommends the Guest protects their vacation investment by purchasing Travel insurance protection coverage.
- Premiums are calculated at 7.95% of the Total Booking Charges.
- A full explanation of coverage is available on the Manager’s website: Breathe Easy Rentals Travel Insurance.
- The full Generali Travel Insurance amount must be paid in full by 21 days before the Arrival Date or when the last/full payment is processed, whichever occurs sooner.
- All claims must be filed directly by the guest with Generali Travel Insurance.
- Age Requirement
- The Guest making the reservation should be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire duration of the Stay.

If you’re looking for a nice quiet place but to be close to everything this is the place. Everything is set up ready to go. The beach team was on point as well. The condo was clean, well equipped kitchen with dishes, pots & pans and silver wear. All appliances functioned well during our 37 nite stay. The condo was quiet and there was sufficient parking. Outside areas were well maintained. The area outside around the condo was extremely well lighted and light blocking curtains would be a good upgrade to the three bedrooms.
