Endless Summer

Everything was great we loved this condo. It was the perfect setup with little kids, having a nice lawn and the beach right outside the door. The kids loved the bunk beds and that area and having a door in that hallway made it easy/quiet enough to hang out when the kids were sleeping.

Our stay at this property was FANTASTIC! View is amazing! We loved the fact that this first floor unit is merely steps away from the beach. No elevator or golf carts needed. Condo is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. I also need to mention the great communication from the property managers. Highly recommend!

I’ve vacationed in several Destin beach condos over the years. This, by far, was the best. The beach was only steps away. The condo was immaculate. The king bed and living room furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could have needed. The ice maker was a nice bonus that we used often!
I would recommend this property to friends and family. And I hope to book it again in the future!

The Perfect Spot
If we could leave a “10 star” review, we most certainly would! From the convenient, simple check-in process to the pristine property, “Endless Summer” was the perfect spot for our family to unwind, disconnect, and enjoy the beauty of the beach view every time we looked outside. Ground floor access was great for our daughter who is in a wheelchair. An exceptionally well-stocked kitchen (complete with kid size utensils!) allowed us to slow down and enjoy cooking family meals in, instead of waiting in dinner lines. The location couldn’t be better, with quick access to Publix, pharmacies, etc. We took advantage of the beautiful new Smeg fridge and stocked it full so that we could enjoy as much time at the beach, which is literally just steps away, as possible. One of my favorite things about this place was the tasteful decor, which was not too “beachy” but rather neutral and calming. We will definitely be back for another round of relaxation, because this is the perfect spot for that!

We had a wonderful here. The location was spotless, both the outside property and inside the condo. The management team was extremely responsive and proactive in communicating details of our stay. The patio for this condo opens up to the beach, and the pathway to the beach is mere steps away. I spent a lot of time on the back patio despite being on the ground floor, it still felt relatively private. The location is within walking and biking distance from multiple cafes and restaurants. Just a warning, the wifi was a tad slow, and our phones got little to no service (Verizon and Mint Mobile) so don't expect to be able to work much. It's just a sign that you shouldn't be working at the beach :) I highly recommend this location.

Perfect location, literally a few steps to the Gulf. Don’t forget your beach towels and sunscreen, all you will need to enjoy the Florida coast Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Has everything you need from paper products to dishes to a Beach Service everyday. Beautifully updated and well maintained with very nice appliances and decor. Nicely decorated without feeling overwhelmed. Comfy bed, large screen TVs with apps, if you want to catch up on your shows. Owners have thought of everything! Close to shopping and restaurants; Wal-mart, Publix, gas station, souvenir shopping, outlets, and so much more. Have to mention Bayou Bills for dinner, short drive and won’t disappoint!!! Great communication, rental process easily understandable Easy parking. Super easy check in/out process. Truly a No Stress Vacation!! Can’t wait to come back.

Great condo and location we will be coming back here next year. The condo was recently upgraded and no details were missed. Being on the bottom floor was easy to walk to the beach each morning. We have small kids so the grassy area allowed them to run and play. We were right around the corner from the pool. Overall we loved the condo and will be back.

Very nice but not enough utensils for cooking like a spatula. The neighbors were very noisy above and beside of us. The condo is very nice though. Bed wasn’t awful but the mattress could be improved!

This was a gift to our boys for their birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The check in process was easy as well as checking out! Everything was very tidy and clean. Honestly we had nothing to worry about except relaxing on the beach! We really enjoyed our stay!

I had not been able to go to the beach in over 10 years and my husband had never been to the state of Florida! So we were so excited to get a break from work to take a much needed vacation. The condo was perfect. It was EXACTLY as shown and described in the listing. We were fortunate enough to have amazing weather. The communication with Breath Easy Rentals was prompt and informative. We appreciate being able to rent this condo, we will be back!

The condo met all our needs for the perfect beach vacation. Literally walk right out your door to the private beach with the softest sand ever! The kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals and I love the separate ice maker! The beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of room to hang up clothes (hangers provided) and a large dresser to store your clothes. The bathrooms were very clean. The washer and dryer were a plus! Came home with no dirty clothes! The patio furniture was comfortable and nice. You can tell this unit was recently remodeled. The only negative was the people above us were extremely loud and ran around all night but they do have a sound machine in the bedroom that takes away some of the noise!

We will definitely book again from breathe easy rentals. They made the process so easy and checked on us through our stay.

What a great find! We absolutely loved our ground floor condo. The location was great with access to activities and restaurants but the complexes are lower density so the beach was not overly crowded. Th condo is completely updated with a gorgeous fully stocked kitchen, beautiful decor and comfortable furniture throughout. Very clean and even included extras to ensure we would enjoy our stay. We will definitely be booking this unit in the future!
