One of the most raved about features of this home is the stunning open floorplan and spacious setting for the entire group. The fully stocked chef's kitchen is perfect for eggs and bacon in the morning, and a scrumptious dinner at night. The appliances are all quite new, including the natural gas range. You'll love the brand new dining table, and our favorite thing to do is to hang out at the bar and play a game of cards with the cook for the night. And, when you wake up in the morning, and stroll into the living room, with those gorgeous beachfront views, you're going to wish you'd booked this place for longer.
Your first floor includes the main entrance to the property, Master Room 1, Guest Room 1, a shared bathroom, and the two car garage. No worries, there's room for 2 to 3 more cars out front if you need. The second floor can be accessed via the stairs or the elevator, and provides you with the main space, kitchen, a half bath, and your largest Master Room 2 with an on-suite bathroom. Upstairs, on the 3rd level, you'll find your beachfront Master Rooms 3 and 4, as well as Guest Rooms 2 and 3, all with their own private bathrooms. The elevator makes its way up the third floor as well, or keep in mind, you have the stairs accessible as well.

Policies
- Payment Policy
- All payments must be made via credit or debit card. Checks, gift cards, and cash will not be accepted.
- 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 120 days prior to your arrival date.
- The Manager will deposit payment(s) into an interest-bearing account to which the Guest waives the right to claim interest accrued.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests received more than 180 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 179 - 121 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 120 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments.
- Cancellation requests must be received from the Guest via written method (email is an acceptable form of written communication). The Breathe Easy Rentals Team will review your cancellation request and respond with the final acceptance/denial information. Should the Guest not receive a reply email within 48 hours, please re-send your initial request as soon as possible.
- If the Guest elects to not protect their vacation investments by purchasing travel insurance coverage, please understand that no refunds will be given under any circumstances, except for the instances as stated above.
- Hurricane Policy
- In the event a hurricane targets the county in which the rental property is located, the Guest must have purchased travel insurance coverage to be eligible for a refund. Please see travel insurance coverage terms and conditions for a full disclosure of eligible events.
- Under no circumstances will the Manager provide a refund for inclement weather, tropical storm(s), and or hurricane(s). We strongly recommend purchasing the travel insurance coverage to protect your vacation investment(s).
- Travel Insurance
- Generali Travel Insurance protection is offered to all guests staying with the Manager. Vacation Rental Insurance provides coverage for the loss of prepaid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. The Manager strongly recommends the Guest protects their vacation investment by purchasing Travel insurance protection coverage.
- Premiums are calculated at 7.95% of the Total Booking Charges.
- A full explanation of coverage is available on the Manager’s website: Breathe Easy Rentals Travel Insurance.
- The full Generali Travel Insurance amount must be paid in full by 21 days before the Arrival Date or when the last/full payment is processed, whichever occurs sooner.
- All claims must be filed directly by the guest with Generali Travel Insurance.
- Age Requirement
- The Guest making the reservation should be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire duration of the Stay.

We stayed in March for one week, the whether was cold but we had that great ocean front house with everything that you need, heated pool, big kitchen, ocean front balconies :) On rainy days we went shopping, it’s right across the neighborhood (Outlets). Shipwatch Palazzo was perfect! The home was breathtaking and the amenities were endless. We had the most wonderful Fall vacation. Shipwatch Palazzo was perfect for our families. The property description is accurate and is a perfect location to the beach. Everything was very clean and maintained. The managing company went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible with great customer support during our entire stay. We spent most of our time eating in and enjoying the sunsets, but the few times we did venture out, we enjoyed eating at The Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's, and Captain Dave's. For our party of 13 this home was perfect! Can't say enough good things about this place. The location is the main thing...right on the beach! No crossing roads, hauling tons of gear, searching for a bathroom or coordinating with other group members. The home itself is beautiful! The kitchen can accommodate snacks or a full-blown luxury meal. With so many people bathrooms were of paramount importance and this home provides. The balconies were a perfect place to drink our morning coffee as we watched dolphins swim by. We had 15 family members stay for a week and it was wonderful. We never felt on top of each other, rooms are very spacious. The only change we wish for was a larger pantry, there really is no pantry so most items sit out all week. Also the AC gave us issues during the week but nothing that ruined the vacation. This is a great vacation rental property, ideally located on the beach and close to outlet shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and well-maintained. Great House
This is a beautiful home. Is wonderful for a large group. 5 rooms with private bathrooms. Nice kitchen and large family room area with a great porch off of this area. Close to the beach with 4 chairs and two umbrellas. The pool is small but works well for adults. Nice walking bike riding path right outside the complex. Close to grocery store and outlet mall. We came with 4 generations and had a wonderful time. There is something to do in this area for everyone. Don't miss Gator Beach, you get to actually hold a baby alligator.. The house is beautiful and super spacious. Having the pool was fantastic. Wexwould gi to the beach most of the day, come back take a shower (right on the pool deck) then jump in the pool.. We had it heated so it was like having a 20 person hot tub. AMAZING!! Having the elevator was a must and made all the difference on arrival day as well as departure. We did have a fire extinguisher inspection and the pool guys came twice.. which was a little intrusive but i understand these things have to be done. We had a lovely family vacation with Breathe Easy Rentals at Miramar Beach. The beachfront home was perfect for our group of 10 adults and 7 grandchildren under age 7 yrs. We appreciated all of the amenities and accommodations. Everything was clean and comfortable. The property management and owner were very responsive to make our stay the best! Family from Texas and South Carolina gathered for a week at Shipwatch Palazzo! It was a week and the house met our every need. From 9 months old to 91 years old, every family member was adequately accomodated. Gorgeous getaway
Shipwatch Palazzo exceeded every expectation I had for booking a girls trip to the beach. Thirteen of us stayed here with plenty of room to spare. Everything was easy from the initial booking process, to the prompt communication a couple of weeks before the trip when we had last minute questions, and finally Checking in was a BREEZE. From the moment we stepped into the home we knew it was going to be perfect. The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had stunning views of the ocean from all levels. Great time. Went for 5 nights to get away and be a part of a nearby wedding. We have stayed in many beach rentals over the years, however, this was the most user friendly house we have stayed in. The elevator was perfect for my 90 yr. old father. The house was big enough that everyone had enough room to spread out and have some privacy. In addition, the main floor/kitchen area was large enough to handle everyone for group activities. The kitchen was incredibly equipped with everything you could possibly need to feed and entertain a small army. Fantastic Property
This was one of the best beach vacations I have ever been on. I have stayed in many places in the Destin area and Shipwatch Palazzo is by far my favorite. The property is absolutely beautiful and all three floors have breathtaking views. The place is very spacious so you never feel crowded. Every room is beautifully decorated and the kitchen area is large and equipped with anything you need. The covered pool is nice especially if you want to get out of the sun for a bit.
