Convenience: Parking typically is not a big issue at condos compared to some homes and oftentimes we hear how nice it is for each family to have their “own space” versus being in a big, shared home. You may like your family more than we do, but the thought of spending a week in one home together makes us cringe! P.S. We absolutely LOVE our families, but we also LOVE our freedom and privacy.

For those of you willing to spend a whole week together in one large space, you can absolutely save money by renting a home versus individual condos and having to pay those separate fees for each condo.

Maintenance: Bigger spaces mean more to clean/care for. Remember that you are renting another family’s second home; while they want you to have fun, they also want you to be respectful and help care for things as if you knew them.
