Consent: In order to use Biometric Information, you will be asked to agree to a consent statement in the Autohost Guest Verification portal before signing and finalizing your rental agreement.
Disclosure: Autohost and Breathe Easy Rentals will not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from a guest’s biometric identifier or biometric information. Neither Autohost or Breathe Easy Rentals will disclose or disseminate a guest’s biometric identifier or biometric information to any other person or company unless:
Storage: Autohost stores personal data on servers provided by Amazon Web Services, located in the United States. Therefore, your personal data may be collected, processed, stored, and transferred to a foreign country, with different privacy laws that may or may not be as comprehensive as the laws in the jurisdiction in which you reside. In these circumstances, the governments, courts, law enforcement, or regulatory agencies of that country may be able to obtain access to your personal information through the laws of the foreign country. Whenever Autohost engages a service provider, they require that its privacy and security standards adhere to this policy and to the level of privacy protection afforded by the privacy legislation in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
