This condo is beautifully decorated and very clean! The view from the living room is stunning; like being on a balcony but in the air-conditioning! We will definitely book here in the future.

This unit was immaculate. Everything was clean. Which if you travel a lot is saying something. The floors were even clean. The furnishings were nice and comfortable. The beds were great. The showers were updated and clean. The view from the living room was beautiful as it was uninterrupted. The balcony was a bit small, but the view from the living room and the open space made up for it. It was on the beach and not across the street like some of the properties we saw while there. The communication with Breathe Easy was prompt and they were frequently checking on us to see if we needed anything. It was amazing and we will book with them again as well as try to stay at this unit again.

We've been coming to Destin for over 25 years. This was one of the best trips we've had! Breath Easy rentals, was the best company we've had the pleasure of working with! Communication was expedient, every time! We were so surprised by the things that were provided! We have stayed in this resort before, but never this building. This unit and building, are now are favorite! We will definitely be using them in the future! I'm very particular about cleanliness, and this unit was spotless! We loved the easy proximity to the beach and the pool as well. Even the text to check in and make sure we had all we needed was a bonus! Fantastic company, fantastic rental...couldn't have asked for more! So grateful!

Coastal Dreams was perfect! The condo was just like the pictures on the website. The view of the ocean was spectacular and the grounds of the resort were wonderful.

Super clean condo with an absolutely incredible view! Everything was in excellent condition and looked brand new. It was the perfect location and we really enjoyed all the amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Again, the floor to ceiling windows provided a breathtaking view.

We have been to the Destin area several times and this is the best condo we have stayed in. The decor is beautiful. The view is amazing. It is also the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. The complex is also beautiful and we like the parking garage. Breathe Easy Rentals was a joy to work with. I appreciate them checking in on us to make sure everything was just right. Thank you!

A lot of pride went into this rental unit.
This rental was in a great location right on the beach; very well appointed and maintained; everything in very good shape and very clean. Nothing to be desired. One word describes it all AWESOME!

I have stayed at Tops’l Beach Manor for years. This was my first time in this condo, and I will definitely be returning. Stunning views, beautifully decorated condo, very clean, and great accessible management who checked in.

This was the second year in a row that we stayed here. We always stay at Tops'l but we just really liked this condo. Clean, comfortable furniture, updated bathrooms, and the VIEW! Communication was great as well!

The unit is immaculate and was very clean. The decor is beachy higher end. The beds had very comfortable mattresses also. The kitchen and bath renovations are top notch. Great view (beachfront unit) from living room, master, and balcony. Breathe Easy was very helpful and communicated via text just to make sure we didn’t have any issues. I would highly recommend both Breathe Easy and this unit.

This condo is amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we needed to. Dishes, glasses, pots & pans, and baking sheets. Even small things such as measuring cups and spatulas were available. The living room is spacious and we had plenty of room to play games and puzzles in the evenings. Plenty of seating.
The bathrooms were nice. The bedrooms were comfy and had plenty of closet space.
The property was clean and is beautifully decorated. The main star is the view of the gulf, which is stunning.
Even the resort itself is safe, clean and well maintained. The amenities such as locker, pool, gym were nice. Overall, it was a great experience to rent and we hope to be back again soon.

Wow! This was our first thought when we walked in. Accomodations, GREAT. Amenities, GREAT. Cleanliness, GREAT.
You can tell allot of pride was put into this condo. Breath Easy Management was super; checking in with us to make sure everything was going well and that we were having a good time. Already booked for next year!
