Folks rave about the fully-stocked kitchen, and it's a true comfort to make dinner indoors with the family and never have to leave the condo. We have free, fast WIFI, parking for 2 vehicles in the parking garage, and a washer and dryer in the property that you may use.
You'll sleep like Kings and Queens in the Master Suite - equipped with a King-size bed, closet space, and an en-suite private bathroom. Policies
- Payment Policy
- All payments must be made via credit or debit card. Checks, gift cards, and cash will not be accepted.
- For guests staying less than 25 nights: 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 21 days prior to your arrival date.
- For guests staying 25 nights or longer: 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 120 days prior to your arrival date.
- The Manager will deposit payment(s) into an interest-bearing account to which the Guest waives the right to claim interest accrued.
- Cancellation Policy
- For guests staying less than 25 nights: Cancellation requests received more than 36 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 35 - 22 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments.
- For guests staying 25 nights or longer: Cancellation requests received more than 150 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 149 - 121 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 120 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments. Should the property be re-booked for any portion of the Guest's cancelled dates, the Manager will refund the Guest for the amount the Manager was able to re-book. This option is available only for guests staying 25 nights or longer.
- Cancellation requests must be received from the Guest via written method (email is an acceptable form of written communication). The Breathe Easy Rentals Team will review your cancellation request and respond with the final acceptance/denial information. Should the Guest not receive a reply email within 48 hours, please re-send your initial request as soon as possible.
- If the Guest elects to not protect their vacation investments by purchasing travel insurance coverage, please understand that no refunds will be given under any circumstances, except for the instances as stated above.
- Hurricane Policy
- In the event a hurricane targets the county in which the rental property is located, the Guest must have purchased travel insurance coverage to be eligible for a refund. Please see travel insurance coverage terms and conditions for a full disclosure of eligible events.
- Under no circumstances will the Manager provide a refund for inclement weather, tropical storm(s), and or hurricane(s). We strongly recommend purchasing the travel insurance coverage to protect your vacation investment(s).
- Travel Insurance
- Generali Travel Insurance protection is offered to all guests staying with the Manager. Vacation Rental Insurance provides coverage for the loss of prepaid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. The Manager strongly recommends the Guest protects their vacation investment by purchasing Travel insurance protection coverage.
- Premiums are calculated at 7.95% of the Total Booking Charges.
- A full explanation of coverage is available on the Manager’s website: Breathe Easy Rentals Travel Insurance.
- The full Generali Travel Insurance amount must be paid in full by 21 days before the Arrival Date or when the last/full payment is processed, whichever occurs sooner.
- All claims must be filed directly by the guest with Generali Travel Insurance.
- Age Requirement
- The Guest making the reservation should be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire duration of the Stay.

Heavenly Retreat was AMAZING. This was a last minute trip I planned right before Labor Day. I am grateful this property was available. It was exactly as it was presented online. It was very clean. The resort itself was well maintained also. I most especially appreciated awakening to the ocean view from the bedroom and balcony. Very peaceful stay! We enjoyed this condo. It was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The views of the ocean were outstanding. The resort is conveniently located and beautiful. The 2 provided beach chairs and toys in the lobby locker room was very helpful for my two kids. We also rented chairs and umbrella from the beach service. We have been going to Destin for 20 years and were loyal to a couple of great spots...After a double booking from one of our regulars on a busy week...Breatheasy not only made some magic happen by getting us a condo, but their prices and attention to detail just made our family a return customer for future trips...

Everything was beyond perfect! Check in/check out process was very easy. The rental was beautifully updated and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful. The fact that they had dish soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags and laundry detergent to get us started was an added bonus that is a rarity these days when renting. The communication was very good, making sure that we had arrived and if we needed anything. I can say enough how wonderful our stay at Tops’l Beach Manor was, the condo we stayed in was spotless and just as the reviews read, the property managers stayed in contact with us and it was just a flawless vacation, we are from Virginia and had drove for 13 hours, so it was such a huge relief to have everything waiting for us, the check in was effortless and as described and we felt completely safe at all times, rarely did we have to wait longer than a few seconds for the elevator and it was right by our room, and raking was super easy and convenient, this place is a “Heavenly Retreat” and we highly recommend staying here, perfect views of the beautiful ocean.....just lovely and we can’t wait to come back!!!- Alice M. from Cascade, Posted: 10/02/2023
