Come find your bliss! As you enter into Seaclusion, you will immediately feel all the stresses of life just disappear. The views off the 13th floor balcony will take your breath away! The balcony is quite roomy with lounge chairs, and a high top table and chairs where you can have your early morning coffee to welcome the day. The living and dining area provides plenty of seating to cozy up or spread out with awesome views of the Gulf. There is a smart TV in the living room - perfect for catching up on the news or logging into your favorite apps so you don't miss a show. The dining room provides a table for 6 with additional breakfast bar seating. The kitchen is just off the living area and is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking a delicious meal at home and amazing new countertops/appliances. A stacked washer/dryer is also available in the condo.
Move on into the Master Bedroom where you will find a lush and comfy king size bed with side nightstands and lamps. A full dresser is
available as well as a closet. You have a large flat screen TV with cable. The master bath provides you with a dual sink and cabinet, mirror, expanded walk-in shower.
You will find the guest bedroom to be spacious enough for 2 adults or two kids, with a set of very comfortable twin beds for a great night's rest (and their own TV!). The guest bath is attached to the bedroom for private entry and provides a tub/shower combo, vanity and single sink.
There is also a full size sleeper sofa in the living room for that extra guest. All linen provided.

Policies
- Payment Policy
- All payments must be made via credit or debit card. Checks, gift cards, and cash will not be accepted.
- For guests staying less than 25 nights: 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 21 days prior to your arrival date.
- For guests staying 25 nights or longer: 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 120 days prior to your arrival date.
- The Manager will deposit payment(s) into an interest-bearing account to which the Guest waives the right to claim interest accrued.
- Cancellation Policy
- For guests staying less than 25 nights: Cancellation requests received more than 36 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 35 - 22 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments.
- For guests staying 25 nights or longer: Cancellation requests received more than 150 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 149 - 121 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 120 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments. Should the property be re-booked for any portion of the Guest's cancelled dates, the Manager will refund the Guest for the amount the Manager was able to re-book. This option is available only for guests staying 25 nights or longer.
- Cancellation requests must be received from the Guest via written method (email is an acceptable form of written communication). The Breathe Easy Rentals Team will review your cancellation request and respond with the final acceptance/denial information. Should the Guest not receive a reply email within 48 hours, please re-send your initial request as soon as possible.
- If the Guest elects to not protect their vacation investments by purchasing travel insurance coverage, please understand that no refunds will be given under any circumstances, except for the instances as stated above.
- Hurricane Policy
- In the event a hurricane targets the county in which the rental property is located, the Guest must have purchased travel insurance coverage to be eligible for a refund. Please see travel insurance coverage terms and conditions for a full disclosure of eligible events.
- Under no circumstances will the Manager provide a refund for inclement weather, tropical storm(s), and or hurricane(s). We strongly recommend purchasing the travel insurance coverage to protect your vacation investment(s).
- Travel Insurance
- Generali Travel Insurance protection is offered to all guests staying with the Manager. Vacation Rental Insurance provides coverage for the loss of prepaid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. The Manager strongly recommends the Guest protects their vacation investment by purchasing Travel insurance protection coverage.
- Premiums are calculated at 7.95% of the Total Booking Charges.
- A full explanation of coverage is available on the Manager’s website: Breathe Easy Rentals Travel Insurance.
- The full Generali Travel Insurance amount must be paid in full by 21 days before the Arrival Date or when the last/full payment is processed, whichever occurs sooner.
- All claims must be filed directly by the guest with Generali Travel Insurance.
- Age Requirement
- The Guest making the reservation should be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire duration of the Stay.

Views of both the beach on the gulf and the bay were exciting to wake up to every morning. Easy access to the beach from our beach-front location was also great. The condo was clean with well-thought-out amenties. The kitchen had every needed tool to make it useful for meal preparation. The outdoor balcony had room for 6 to 10 people. The beds were soft, the beach decor was fun, and the rooms were immaculate. Any small issue we had, this management group was quick to respond to. If you're reading this, you're probably looking for a nice place to stay in the area. I'd stop looking and book this place. Everything was perfect and it's located just as perfectly. Easy beach access, chairs, umbrella (in the unit or to rent), pool with restaurant and bar and restaurants and shopping just 2-5 minutes away. The unit itself is new, bright and spacious with awesome views....West, East and North. The patio is huge with comfortable furniture as well.
We'll be back for sure when visiting this area. We actually won't bother looking for any place other than this unit...too easy and nice to bother looking further.
