As soon as you open the door you will fill like you are actually in a tropical oasis. This property provides you with plenty of room for a family of 6. Everything you need to set up a home at the beach is provided for you. Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, dinnerware, drinkware, utensils, pots, pan, bakeware with toaster, coffee maker, blender and microwave. There is also a washer/dryer combo for your use. You have a king and queen suite as well as a pull out sofa bed. Dining Room has a table for 6 with 2 cozy stools at the kitchen bar. You will find all the amenities in this resort easily assessable and convenient. There are 3 pools (1 is a zero entry pool), hot tub, a game room that the kids will enjoy, and plenty of free parking. Beach rentals are easy. You have access to the fitness center, and can take advantage of the Tiki Bar and Cafe that are all within the resort. There are lots of outdoor activities for playtime - tennis - pickle ball and basketball. The location of Pelican Beach Resort is superb, with many wonderful restaurants and shops close by. Harbor Village is a quick 3 mile drive with tons of restaurants and specialty shops to visit while walking the Harbor docks. There is always 24/7 security on the property and an Electric-V charging station for your convenience. We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.
