Turquoise Waters

#1102 was updated, clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular and we've not seen nicer beaches anywhere else in the US. Our host provided excellent care checking on us with frequent texts and responding quickly to our questions.

Our family has been staying at Tops'l in the Tides building for several years during fall break. We have stayed in several condos over the years and found this one to be the nicest one! The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Tops'l offers so many fantastic amenities for families to enjoy from the restaurant/bar at the pool to pickleball, tennis courts and of course a private beach.

Booking was super easy and the communication with the management company was great. I would certainly recommend Breathe Easy Rentals and the Turquoise Waters condo.

We love staying at the Tops'l Tides condo. It is such a great place to stay. We have stayed here in years past, and love everything about it. Great for our family. Stocked kitchen, so we can make our meals at home. Ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom. Pools to swim in, great beach front. It is a clean space to stay. The team helps with the stay and is quick to respond when we need anything or have any issues. You need to stay at the Tides. You'll get great views, great memories and great service.

The condo was very beautiful and so, so clean! It had mostly what we needed and everything worked well. Nice appliances. Our only complaint was that it didn’t have smart TVs or a Roku or any way to get streaming services. So we just unhooked the cable and connected our laptop. The location of the condo was awesome!! BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean and beach, and it overlooks the two pools. It was so nice to have the tennis court, pickle ball court, shuffleboard, and even mini golf pretty much outside the door of the ground floor. (The association could stand to replace the equipment, though. It was pretty bad, although nice to have something available.)

We loved our time here! Everything was clean and in great condition! It was easy to access elevators, pools, and the beach! We liked the ease of the little bar/restaurant by the pool and the crafts for kids!
We appreciated the communication from the property managers! We would definitely stay again!

We have been going to Tops’l for over 10 years now and we found this unit managed by Breathe Easy last summer. The condo is immaculate, the furniture is great, the view is AMAZING, and the customer service with BE is hands down the best we have ever had. They text you often making sure everything is good. If you have a question they almost immediately text you back with an answer. It makes all the difference having customer service like this when you are paying a pretty penny for your family vacation. We just got back from our second trip here and already booked the same place for next summer. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family. Book this place- you will NOT regret it ;)

Our unit was well decorated with everything we needed for a great stay! It was clean and had all the supplies we needed including beach chairs! And Alexa answered any questions we had! The contact person was very friendly and accommodating! Thanks for helping us have a memorable stay!

Enjoyed a 9 week snowbird escape. The condo is tastefully updated and exceptionally clean and uncluttered. There was ample storage in kitchen, i.e. pantry and cabinets and the bedrooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable furniture and the beds were great. Great location and view.

This property was beautiful and we felt right at home. The location was perfect, not too far away from activities, but far enough to not be in the middle of all of the traffic of Destin. There are so many amenities on site that you don't have to leave the property in order to have a good time. The water in the pools was a little bit cold, but not enough to keep us out. The beach is pristine and oh so relaxing. We hope to visit again soon.
